Did anyone happen to attend the first announced ALJ hearing for OFAC for a violation of the Cuban regs (31 CFR 515) that was sceduled for the Alexandria federal courthouse today at 10:00 am EST. OFAC didn't put announce it on its web-site until yesterday (12/01/2005). Typical stealth approach by a rogue agency.

Thank you very much for putting up those older case documents. (It's annoying that BIS took them down from their site though - is hard drive space really that expensive nowadays?)
